Gateway is an independent creative agency and production company started by a directorial duo based in Chicago, IL.
             The goal was to create a visual identity that feels bold and unique but still elevates the content that Gateway creates — putting the films and work at the forefront of the design.
            The aesthetic direction of the overall brand and website design are reflective of the style of filmmaking and genres that Gateway works in. With a history in music video production and hip-hop culture, it was important to reflect that in the work — leaning into heavy but clean use of typography paired with striking imagery and footage.
